Year 1 (30 students): $120,000

Year 2 (60 students): $250,000

Year 3 (90 students): $400,000

Year 4 (120 students): $550,000

Sustainable Model (Years 5+): $600,000-700,000 annually

Funding covers: staff salaries, programming costs, family engagement, material support (emergency funds, transportation, technology), advocacy training, college persistence support, and administrative overhead.
