Launch recruitment in Diamond Bar, Ontario, Pomona, East Vale high schools
Establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and cultural institutions
Begin 9th grade programming: academic foundations + college knowledge + identity development

Introduce advocacy curriculum: educational equity, public speaking, system analysis

Recruit second cohort of 30 ninth graders
10th grade: Intensify academics (AP prep, testing), deepen college knowledge
9th grade: Repeat Year 1 programming for new cohort
All students: Public speaking workshops, research on local education policies
10th graders testify at 1-2 school board meetings on issues they've researched
Launch peer mentorship: 10th graders mentor 9th graders
Year 3 (Cohorts 1-3: 90 Students)
Year 4 (Cohorts 1-4: 120 Students)
Activism Intensifies
Recruit third cohort of 30 ninth graders
11th grade: Peak college prep (essays, applications) + lead advocacy campaigns
10th grade: Continue Year 2 programming
9th grade: Repeat Year 1 programming
11th graders develop and launch first major advocacy campaign (e.g., counselor hiring)
Student leadership council formed to coordinate advocacy across cohorts
Host first community forum on educational equity
Full Pipeline + First Graduates
Recruit fourth cohort of 30 ninth graders
12th grade: College applications, financial aid, senior capstone advocacy project
11th grade: Continue Year 3 programming
10th-9th grades: Continue respective year programming
12th graders complete advocacy capstone: lead campaign resulting in policy change
First cohort graduates: 90%+ four-year college enrollment
Begin college persistence support for graduates
Document and celebrate policy wins achieved through student advocacy
